TRAVEL DIARY 2019 

BATU CAVES
Welcome back to my travel diaries! After going to Singapore, which was our first destination of our family trip. The next stop was Malaysia and our last vacation destination to explore was Thailand. Our Singapore tour bus driver drove us to the Malaysian border to go through customs and meet our new tour guide and bus driver in the new country. When we arrived to the border, it was early afternoon. The first big thing that I noticed was that there was no tissue anywhere in Malaysia. It is like China and some part of other Asian countries where you would need to bring your own tissue or wipes to the restroom & restaurants. I was definitely not used to that culture difference at all. We went to have our first meal & dinner in Melaka before going on the Melaka River Cruise.

For the next day, we were ready to explore. It looked like not only tourists were roaming around, but there were field trips happening for the little kids that day. They're so adorable! We then visited a temple and if you plan on visiting Malaysia, you should definitely pay attention to the clothes you pack. Places like the temples or the Batu Caves does have a dress code. I packed mainly pants, long dresses, and a few jumpsuits since Malaysia and Thailand are similar for their dress codes. We eventually took a long tram ride up to Resorts World Genting that had a Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park inside and a huge mall with many restaurants. 

The next day, we headed to Kuala Lumper and explored the city. The biggest highlight of that day is that we visited Batu Caves. Honestly, focusing on looking at a whole bunch of wild monkeys running around made it so much easier for me to go up all those stairs. It wasn't that bad at all even though you might think it's too many stairs for you. I can officially say that I've been on the Batu Caves's colorful stairs now instead of looking at cool pictures & wanting to visit the place. 

I absolutely love to travel. I learn more new things about each place I go to rather than in a classroom. If I had a lot of money, I would travel everywhere as my "school." It should be named Wanderlust School for the travel lovers out there. I know there is Semester At Sea already which is so cool. I wish I knew about it long time ago. BIRTHDAY GIFT TO MYSELF: MY FIRST CHANEL BAG!

  Hey everyone! It has been so long since I have blogged, but I wanted to document checking off one of my dream goals that I have had for a long time. I have wanted to purchase myself my own Chanel bag for several years and slowly saved up money for it. I was lucky to have a cousin who is like an older sister to me to buy my first Chanel boy wallet for my 27th birthday few years ago. I have always wanted either a black small classic flap or a black mini rectangular bag. I could have bought a small classic bag a few years ago. I do not have any debt but I thought I should save up even more money since Chanel bags are expensive. I finally decided to purchase my first Chanel bag for my big 30th birthday this year on March 15th. It's a huge milestone for me. So, I ended up purchasing the 22P black mini flap bag with top handle which is so hard to find. I dont gamble unless I’m betting on myself Summer days are coming but you can't go wrong with an all black outfit. This mesh top is good to wear on sunny days because it is still breathable and I've been loving these pants that can be unbuttoned to give your legs some fresh air if the day gets too hot. It is stylish and super comfortable to wear.
